Is patient data uploaded to any server?
No. The tool runs entirely inside your browser: generation, preview and printing all happen on your device, and no field is sent to any server — not even to Talya Medical.
How do I get a PDF file?
Press the print button, then in the print dialog choose "Save as PDF" as the destination instead of a printer. This is built into every modern browser, so no extra software is needed.
Is my clinic letterhead saved?
Yes — only the letterhead (name, doctor, specialty, phone, address and logo) is stored in your browser on this device alone, so you do not retype it. Patient data is never stored.
Does this replace a clinic management system?
No, and it does not claim to. It is one sheet that gets printed and ends there. A system saves the prescription into the patient file, links it to visits, appointments and billing, and raises drug-interaction alerts — which is what Talya Medical systems do.
